Apprenticeships

An Apprenticeship is a proven training program that is used as a talent development strategy for recruiting and training. Apprenticeships are a work-based learning model where apprentices have supervised on-the-job training, along with job-related education, all while earning a wage that increases during the progression of the program.

High school apprenticeship programs combine work-based, on-the-job learning with relevant technical education in the classroom. Students who participate in these programs graduate with a high school diploma, earn college credits, and industry credentials.
